Gold Canyon is an unincorporated community in Pinal County along U.S. 60, home to about 11,400 people. It sits at about 1,913 feet, the highest of the areas we serve, at the base of the Superstition Mountains. It's a community of golf courses, custom homes and neighborhoods built into the foothills, and that shapes what a good landscape looks like here.

Because Gold Canyon is unincorporated, building permits go through Pinal County. Many Gold Canyon communities also have HOAs with design guidelines. We confirm what your project needs, pull the permits our work requires, including gas lines through our licensed plumber and electrical through a licensed electrician, and provide a detailed 3D design for HOA review.
