Discover Your Vision
Every successful project starts with understanding how you want to use your property. During the initial consultation we talk through your goals for the space, how your family or guests will use it, your preferred style and materials, project priorities and investment range, site conditions such as access, drainage and irrigation, and your ideal timeline. We take the time to understand what matters most before recommending a solution.
Design With Intention
Good design brings together beauty, function, and long-term performance. Depending on your project, we develop concepts for paver patios and hardscapes, outdoor kitchens and entertaining areas, pergolas and shade structures, artificial turf and landscape areas, fire and water features, irrigation systems, landscape lighting, and decorative gravel and natural stone. For more complex projects, our 3D design process helps you visualize the finished space before construction begins.
Refine the Details
Before anything is built, we work through the important decisions together: paver colors and patterns, travertine or natural stone finishes, countertop and outdoor kitchen materials, lighting styles, fire feature finishes, gravel colors and textures, turf products, and planting and irrigation details. Clarity before installation begins reduces surprises — and helps the finished project match the vision.
Plan Every Phase
Once the design and scope are approved, we prepare the project for construction: materials and product availability, site access and staging, project sequencing, required equipment, irrigation and utility locations, installation teams, and schedule and expectations. Fernweh Outdoor serves as your single point of contact throughout the project.
Installation
Your project is completed by our experienced team: hardscape installation, masonry and natural stone, outdoor kitchens, pergolas and shade structures, artificial turf, irrigation, landscape lighting, water features, and planting and finish work.
Quality & Communication
Throughout construction, we monitor progress, coordinate next steps, and keep the project moving in the right order: clean and organized jobsites, proper installation methods, accurate material placement, protection of your property, clear communication, and reviewing details before moving to the next phase. A beautiful project is not just about the final photo — it is about the care taken throughout the build.
Complete the Final Walkthrough
When construction is complete, we review the finished project with you: the completed scope, any remaining punch-list items, testing of irrigation and lighting systems, product and system care, and warranty information — then confirm the space is ready to enjoy.
