What’s different in each city
Gilbert
Gilbert is home base. Our design studio is here, and so is most of our work: master-planned communities like Power Ranch, Val Vista Lakes, Seville and Morrison Ranch, where HOA approval, caliche soil and summer water use shape every project we design.
What we build in Gilbert →Chandler
Chandler sits right next door to our Gilbert studio. We build throughout the city, from the lake communities of Ocotillo and Fulton Ranch to the larger lots of Chandler Heights, where HOA review, Chandler's permit rules and its grass removal rebate all shape what we design.
What we build in Chandler →Mesa
Mesa is big and varied, and so is the work: sloped, rocky lots in the foothills around Las Sendas and Red Mountain Ranch, blank new-build yards in Eastmark and Cadence, and established neighborhoods like Dobson Ranch ready for a full renovation. Mesa's grass-to-xeriscape incentive can help fund the change.
What we build in Mesa →Queen Creek
Queen Creek is one of the fastest-growing towns in Arizona, and many of our clients here start with a brand-new home and a bare backyard, often on a bigger lot than they'd get elsewhere in the Valley. It's the ideal setup for designing the whole yard at once, and the Town's grass conversion incentive is one of the most generous in the East Valley.
What we build in Queen Creek →San Tan Valley
San Tan Valley is Arizona's newest town, incorporated in 2025, and one of its largest. Many homes here are newer builds with blank backyards, some sit on acreage, and communities like San Tan Heights back right up to the San Tan Mountains. We design for all of it, and we sort out whether your permit goes through the new Town or Pinal County.
What we build in San Tan Valley →Tempe
Tempe is the most established city we serve. Lots near ASU and in historic neighborhoods like Maple-Ash run smaller, so every square foot has to work. South Tempe has larger lots and pools. Either way, Tempe's grass conversion and irrigation rebates can help pay for the upgrade.
What we build in Tempe →Apache Junction
Apache Junction has something most East Valley yards don't: Superstition Mountain right out the back door. Lots here are often bigger, rockier and more sloped, with fewer HOA rules in many areas, and new homes are going up in Superstition Vistas. We design around the view instead of ignoring it.
What we build in Apache Junction →Gold Canyon
Gold Canyon sits at the foot of the Superstition Mountains, higher than the rest of the East Valley, with golf communities, custom homes and a strong community focus on saving water. Homeowners here want landscapes that look like the desert around them, take little upkeep, and make the most of the view.
