This Queen Creek build turned an unused side yard into a full outdoor kitchen: a custom masonry grill station, tied into a covered wood pergola so it’s usable through peak summer heat, not just spring and fall — with a gas fire table and an ecosystem pond at the edge of the space.
Utility runs (gas, power, water) were planned into the 3D design up front, so nothing got value-engineered out mid-build. Built to host, not just to look good in photos.
